37 Pullman & Comley Attorneys Named to 2019 Super Lawyers Lists

BRIDGEPORT, CT:  A total of 37 attorneys from Pullman & Comley, LLC, were honored by 2019 Super Lawyers with 25 named to the Connecticut Super Lawyers list for 2019 and 12 recognized as 2019 Super Lawyers “Connecticut Rising Stars.” 

In addition to being named as Super Lawyers, several Pullman & Comley members were included on lists of top Super Lawyers in the region. James (Tim) Shearin was included on the “Top 10: 2019 Connecticut Super Lawyers” list; Campbell D. Barrett and James (Tim) Shearin were each included in the "Top 100: 2019 New England Super Lawyers” list; Jonathan B. Orleans and Campbell D. Barrett were each named on the “Top 50: Connecticut Super Lawyers” list; and Diane W. Whitney was included among the “Top 50: 2019 Women New England Super Lawyers” and the “Top 25: 2019 Women Connecticut Super Lawyers” list. 

The Pullman & Comley attorneys on the 2019 Connecticut Super Lawyers list include the following, listed below with their cited practice areas. The names of the attorneys selected to Connecticut Super Lawyers appear in the November 2019 issue of New England Super Lawyers, and in a special section appearing in the February 2020 issue of Connecticut magazine.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a rigorous, multiphase rating process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The Rising Stars selection process is the Super Lawyers selection process except that candidates must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less, and the selection process does not include peer evaluation by practice area.
