- Litigation Associate
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in sophisticated business litigation matters, excellent writing, research, analytical skills, and knowledge of federal and state court practice. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of four years of complex real estate experience with strong real estate fundamentals; experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex commercial real estate transactions as well as owners and tenants of commercial properties, including acquisitions/sales, refinances, leasing and construction/development projects; drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial loan documents for both borrowers and lenders in both secured and unsecured loan transactions as well as acquisition, sale, and development of commercial real estate.
