- Litigation Paralegal
Candidates must have strong e-discovery experience and in-depth knowledge of full litigation lifecycle and EDRM model, with a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will understand all aspects of case management, from pre-litigation through litigation and appeals.
- Trusts and Estates Paralegal
The successful candidate should have five to ten years of experience in the administration of complex estates and trusts. Candidates should have extensive experience preparing estate and gift tax returns, familiarity with the generation-skipping transfer tax, administering small to large estates from probate through final settlement, and all other aspects of estate and trust administration, including preparation of estate and trust accountings.
