Judge Holzberg Quoted by CT Law Tribune on Video Conferencing Mediation

As attorneys and judges find themselves using video conferencing more than ever before to continue their practices throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Pullman & Comley's Retired Judge Robert Holzberg was quoted in an article in the Connecticut Law Tribune on best practices in using Zoom.

Retired Judge Holzberg and his partners in the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice at the firm have been using Zoom to handle mediations and arbitrations.  According to Judge Holzberg, an important key to success is ensuring that both he and his participants are prepared ahead of time. "We always send out conference call numbers with our Zoom invitations,” he said. “We also offer practice sessions on Zoom before mediation.… Preparation is vital.”
