Overview

During his career,  Michael A. Kurs has handled energy, utility (including water), and telecommunication matters pending before the Connecticut Public Utilities Authority and its predecessor agency, the Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control, and before the Georgia Public Service Commission. He has also handled appeals in the Connecticut Supreme Court and Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals in related matters, as well as proceedings in the Connecticut Superior Court and United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
