Expanding VNANE’s Integrated Network to Support Growth in Home Health & Hospice Services

Visiting Nurse Associations of New England, Inc. (VNANE) is a progressive organization with a 40-year history of bringing demonstrated high quality home health to patients by functioning as a dynamic, clinically integrated network. Members of VNANE bring the latest back-office technology and high-tech care to home health care, a sector that has become increasingly essential as demand for in-home services grows for the aging U.S. population.

Pullman & Comley worked with VNANE recently to update its by-laws, enabling the organization to expand its Home Health & Hospice Membership Network to include for-profit community-based agencies in Massachusetts, Rhode Island & Connecticut. Our work also included revising corporate documents and membership agreements to reflect the new structure and advising on the next IRS Form 990 filing. As the industry continues to evolve, VNANE will now be able to grow its existing network of non-profit agencies with the addition of for-profit Medicare Certified Home Health (and Hospice) agencies who meet its high standards of care and dedication to exceed regional and national quality and patient satisfaction outcomes. 

VNANE has 40 years of experience negotiating contracts with New England managed care payer partners. In addition to contracting services from the VNANE clinical integrated network, these new members will benefit from the opportunity to participate and share in the combined clinical and management expertise of VNANE’s Medicare certified home health and hospice members.
