The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) faces challenges and opportunities on both energy and environmental issues in 2017. Commissioner Klee gave his perspective on what the future holds for Connecticut's energy and environmental efforts as well as how these issues may impact the State's economic future.

Following Commissioner Klee's talk, a panel of Pullman & Comley attorneys provided updates on the 2017 legislative session and discussed what the local and regional regulatory landscape may look like in the Trump administration.
