Responding to COVID-19 Webinar Series - Part XII: Vaccines, Stimulus and Restructuring – What Will the Next Normal Look Like?

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. EDT

As we pass the one-year mark since the Covid crisis began in the U.S., there are reasons to be optimistic: the vaccine rollout is accelerating, additional economic relief has arrived with the new federal stimulus bill, and an economic rebound is expected as 2021 progresses. Nonetheless, the health and economic crisis is far from over, and numerous challenges remain.

What’s ahead for Connecticut? Over the past year, our webinars have addressed the most pressing concerns we’ve heard from clients about responding to the pandemic and keeping their businesses afloat. Our next webinar will address those ongoing issues, but also look toward the year ahead and what we can expect as the country works toward a “new normal” and the Biden administration implements its agenda.

Attorneys from our business and finance, labor and employment, litigation and real estate practices covered topics in this program including:

  • ongoing issues for employers, including what you need to know about implementing vaccine policies
  • the federal stimulus bill, and what it means for Connecticut businesses
  • what landlords and tenants should know about the impact of the pandemic as employees return to the workplace
  • the outlook for the 2021 Connecticut legislative session
