2025 Energy and Environmental Legislative Breakfast with DEEP Commissioner Katie Dykes
Please join us for our annual post-legislative session breakfast with Katie Dykes, Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP). Commissioner Dykes will offer her perspective on the past year, what the future holds for Connecticut’s energy and environmental efforts as well as the potential impact of recent developments on the State's economic future.
Following Commissioner Dykes' talk, Attorney Frederic Lee Klein will moderate a panel of Pullman & Comley attorneys including Lee D. Hoffman, Kathryn E. Boucher, Gary B. O'Connor, Steven J. Stafstrom and Liana Feinn. The discussion will cover the key takeaways from the 2025 legislative session and the outlook for the local and regional regulatory landscape. Topics will include:

- The future of Connecticut's energy programs in light of Senate Bill 4
