Overview
Sean M. McAuliffe is a Litigation Associate who has defended and prosecuted matters across an array of litigation practice areas. He has litigated complex tort claims in Connecticut state courts and is experienced in responsive pleadings, appellate briefs and memoranda on a variety of complex substantive and procedural matters. Sean also conducts written discovery, including drafting objections and responses to interrogatories and requests for production, motions for protective order, and motions to compel in addition to drafting in limine and other motions addressing evidentiary and trial issues. Since becoming an attorney, Sean has assisted clients of all sizes, ranging from collection matters for small businesses to complex disputes between multi-million dollar companies, as well as matters involving real estate issues.
