Overview
Tyler Hokanson is a transactional real estate attorney who counsels clients in joint ventures, financings, purchases and sales of industrial, office, multifamily and retail properties across the country.
Prior to joining Pullman & Comley, Tyler practiced at a global law firm based in New York where he handled hundreds of transactions representing owners, investors, tenants and developers in acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing and management of all types of commercial real estate. He was a key team member of several development, investment, acquisition and portfolio projects. Tyler began his career in the Dallas office of a national Am Law 100 firm where he represented lenders, owners and developers.

- Represented lender in the bond financing and revolving line of credit totaling $45 million.
- Represented developer in multiple equity investments in an adaptive reuse project in greater Chicago, Illinois.
