Labor and Employment Law Conference

Pullman & Comley's Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits department chair Joshua Hawks-Ladds was a speaker for the Connecticut Bar Association's "Labor and Employment Law Conference." Josh gave an overview on the  U.S. Supreme Court case of Vance v. Ball State University, 133 S.Ct. 2434 (2013), an important sexual harassment decision where the Court explained who qualifies as a “supervisor” when an employee asserts a Title VII claim for workplace hostile harassment.
