Business Contracts A to Z

Joshua Hawks-Ladds, Chair of Pullman & Comley's Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits Department, spoke at a continuing legal education seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute.  Attorney Hawks-Ladds discussed restrictive covenants including noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements. He also discussed fiduciary duties employees owe to employers and how those duties may be breached by employees and what remedies employers have in the event of such breach.
