SEMINAR: Attorney Joshua Hawks-Ladds to Discuss Workplace Conflict Resolution

Pullman & Comley attorney Joshua A. Hawks-Ladds, chair of the firm’s Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits Department, presented a seminar on "Workplace Conflict Resolution" for the Middlesex Chamber as part of their First Niagara Workshop Series on April 12, 2016.

Josh's presentation discussed best practices in dealing with workplace conflicts, including having an appropriate problem resolution policy, recognizing and dealing with problem employees, and how to best manage employees to avoid conflicts.
