Pullman & Comley Attorney Thomas Lambert Named to Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under List
BRIDGEPORT, CT, August 25, 2026: Pullman & Comley, LLC attorney Thomas S. Lambert has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2026 40 & Under list, which recognizes the next generation of leading litigation and dispute-resolution attorneys across the United States. Now in its 10th year, the annual list recognizes attorneys under 40 who have distinguished themselves through their recent achievements, advocacy and growing reputations in the litigation community. This year’s U.S. list includes 615 attorneys nationwide.
Tom, who joined Pullman & Comley’s Litigation practice in 2019, represents individuals, businesses, fiduciaries and municipal clients in a wide range of disputes in Connecticut state and federal courts, as well as probate matters. He has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation, fiduciary disputes, business disputes and matters involving municipal clients. Based in the firm’s Bridgeport office, Tom also serves as chair of Pullman & Comley’s Technology Committee and is a member of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) practice group.
Tom has been recognized throughout his career for his litigation work and professional accomplishments. He has been named a Moffly Media Top Lawyer in Fairfield County in 2021, 2023 and 2024 in the area of civil law and litigation and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America as an “Ones to Watch” honoree each year since 2021. He has also been named to the Super Lawyers “Connecticut Rising Stars” list each year since 2018 in the area of civil litigation: defense. In 2025, Tom was named a 40 Under Forty honoree by Westfair Business Journal. He is also an appointee to the Connecticut Bar Association Presidential Fellows Program and was a recipient of the Westfair Business Journals’ Millennial + GenZ Awards for Fairfield and Westchester Counties in 2021.
In addition to his legal practice, Tom is active in the Connecticut legal and Fairfield County communities. He serves on the Board of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association and previously served as chair of the Civil Litigation Committee of the Fairfield County Bar Association and on the organization’s Board of Directors. He was also elected to the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association’s Board of Directors. Tom currently serves as chair of the Fair Rent Commission for the Town of Fairfield and is a member of the Board of Directors of New Neighborhoods, Inc., a Connecticut nonprofit focused on affordable housing. He has also provided pro bono tenant assistance in housing litigation through Pro Bono Partnership, Connecticut Fair Housing Center and the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center.
Tom received his J.D. in 2013 from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University in 2010.
