Pullman & Comley Assists East Hartford with Development and Tax Agreements for New Market-Rate Apartments

On February 15, 2022, the East Hartford Town Council approved development and tax agreements for apartments planned for the site of the former Showcase Cinema.  A February 16 article in the Journal Inquirer noted that Pullman & Comley Public Finance attorney Michael J. Andreana and Real Estate attorney Michael A. Ceccorulli represented East Hartford in negotiating the deal. The development will include a complex of at least 360 units with a number of amenities, including a swimming pool, co-working space with conference rooms, fitness center and community gardens.
