Seminar: Upcoming APRL Mid-year Meeting

Pullman & Comley Professional Liability attorney David Atkins spoke at a meeting of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL) taking place February 7 through 9 in Dallas, TX.  The panel topic, ""Outlaw” or “Artlaw”: Part I of Advertising in the Digital Age" discussed how lawyers struggle to keep pace with the changing advertising technology and effective marketing of legal services.  It also reviewed commercial speech and attorney advertising that has yet to be regulated, such as visual media. The APRL’s conference was held in conjunction with the Mid-Year Meeting of the American Bar Association.
