SEMINAR: Medical Marijuana For Employers

Pullman & Comley Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits attorneys Megan Carannante, Rachel Ginsburg and Jonathan Orleans will speak for the Westchester/Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.  The presentation will focus on the implications of medical marijuana for employers, drug testing and drug free workplace policies and the intersection with state and federal disability discrimination laws.  Additionally, Dr. Andrew L. Salner, Medical Director of the Department of Radiation Oncology & Director of the Helen & Harry Gray Cancer Center at Hartford Hospital, will discuss the physiological and psychological effects of marijuana.
