Finance and Research Tools to Unlock the Potential for Development Projects in Connecticut: Tax Increment Financing and New Market Tax Credits

Attorney Michael J. Andreana, a member in the Government Finance practice at Pullman & Comley, presented "Tax Increment Financing and New Market Tax Credits" as part of a program co-hosted by the firm and the Connecticut Economic Resource Center (CERC). 

This 3-hour course provided participants with information about Tax Increment Financing (TIF), New Market Tax Credits and Research Tools, along with case studies on how to unlock the potential for development projects.
