Law Practice Risk Management

Pullman & Comley Litigation Department and Professional Liability Section Chairman David Atkins was one of three speakers for a continuing legal education program on law practice risk management at the annual Connecticut Legal Conference of the Connecticut Bar Association in Hartford.  Jointly sponsored by the CBA with the CNA Insurance Companies, the conference was held on June 16.  David addressed the topic of avoiding conflicts of interest with breach of loyalty claims.
