2026 Energy and Environmental Legislative Breakfast with DEEP Commissioner Katie Dykes

Please join us for our annual post-legislative session breakfast with Katie Dykes, Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP). Commissioner Dykes will offer her perspective on the past year, what the future holds for Connecticut’s energy and environmental efforts as well as the potential impact of recent developments on the state's economic future.

Following Commissioner Dykes' talk, a panel of Pullman & Comley attorneys will discuss highlights of the 2026 legislative session and the outlook for the local and regional regulatory landscape. Key topics will include:

  • Adoption of the Release-Based Cleanup Regulations (RBCRs)
  • Next Steps for PURA and the Siting Council
  • Results of Energy & Environmental Legislation
