Dawn Rothermel

Dawn Rothermel is a paralegal in the firm's Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use practice, where she brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. On a regular basis, she drafts and finalizes lease documentation, including amendments, options, termination agreements, estoppel certificates and SNDAs.  Dawn also drafts and finalizes sale and purchase agreements, easements, licenses, land development agreements, and coordinates real estate closings for both sale and purchase.
