Repurposing New Life to Struggling Retail Centers

Attorneys Gary O'Connor, chair of Pullman & Comley’s Real Estate practice and Amanda Gurren, who practices in the area of real estate, energy, environmental and land use law,  authored an article for the New England Real Estate Journal about repurposing and revitalizing mall and retail properties. Certain sites could have a promising future, but there are sometimes obstacles in the opportunities.
