In his article, Attorney O'Connor explains the benefits of House Bill No. 7229, An Act Concerning the Creation of Connecticut Brownfield Land Banks, Revisions to the Brownfield Remediation and Revitalization Program and Authoring Bonds of the State for Brownfield Remediation and Development Programs, which was passed by the General Assembly on June 7, 2017.
