Alternative Dispute Resolution Mock Mediation of Commercial Landlord and Tenant Dispute

The Alternative Dispute Resolution practice at Pullman & Comley put together a video to demonstrate how remote mediations are conducted.  This mock mediation is led by ADR practice chair Judge Robert Holzberg, (Ret.) and introduced by Judge Lynda B. Munro (Ret.). Attorneys Jonathan A. Kaplan, Johanna S. Katz, and Gary B. O'Connor also play attorney roles in this landlord-tenant dispute during the Covid crisis to showcase a realistic mediation process.  A mediation that would normally take place over the course of a day has been condensed to five minutes to provide an understanding of how the firm's virtual mediations unfold.
