Steve Cowherd and Jonathan Orleans Quoted in Westport News on Growing Number of COVID-19 Cases

Pullman & Comley Attorneys Steve Cowherd, co-chair of the Health Care Department and Jonathan Orleans, chair of the Labor and Employment Law practice were quoted recently in the Westport News on the presence of COVID-19 in Westport, Connecticut.

With the growing numbers of cases, Steve points out “Much like the health care system is concerned with being overwhelmed, the probate court system could be overwhelmed with these challenges.” Regarding employers’ concerns, Jon adds, “Certainly we’ve been telling our clients that the employers’ paramount obligation is to provide a safe working environment for your employees, as well as your customers and clients.”
