Pullman & Comley Attorney Thomas Lambert Named 40 Under Forty Honoree by Westfair Business Journal
BRIDGEPORT, CT June 13, 2025 — Pullman & Comley, LLC attorney Thomas S. Lambert has been named a 40 Under Forty honoree for Fairfield County by Westfair Business Journal. The award is given to individuals under 40 who have made outstanding contributions in their fields and are recognized for their leadership, innovation and impact in Fairfield County.
A ceremony celebrating the 20th anniversary class was held on Thursday, June 12 at 5:30 p.m. at Serafresca at The IC in Stamford.
Tom, who joined Pullman & Comley’s Litigation practice in 2019, has a wide range of experience in representing individuals, businesses, fiduciaries and municipal clients in probate, state and federal court and has a strong track record of community service and involvement. Based in the law firm’s Bridgeport office, Tom also serves as chair of the firm’s Technology Committee and as part of Pullman’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) practice group.

During law school, Tom served as an intern in the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut under U.S. Magistrate Judge William Garfinkel. He was a senior editor of Wake Forest School of Law's Journal of Law & Policy and also served as a clerk in the Fairfield Probate Court.
Tom previously served as the Chair of the Civil Litigation Committee of the Fairfield County Bar Association beginning in 2019 and was elected to the FCBA’s Board of Directors in 2020. He was also elected to the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association’s Board of Directors in 2021.
Tom was elected to the Fairfield Representative Town Meeting (RTM) in 2021, serving until 2024, currently serves as the Chairman of the Fair Rent Commission for the Town of Fairfield, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Connecticut affordable housing nonprofit New Neighborhoods, Inc. He has also provided pro bono tenant assistance housing litigation in Fairfield County through Pro Bono Partnerships, Connecticut Fair Housing Center, and the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center.
An appointee to the Connecticut Bar Association Presidential Fellows Program, Tom was also named a Moffly Media Top Lawyer in Fairfield County in 2021, 2023 and 2024 in the area of civil law and litigation. He has been a recipient of The Best Lawyers in America "Ones to Watch" award each year since 2021 and has been named to the Super Lawyers “Connecticut Rising Stars” list each year since 2018 in the area of civil litigation: defense. In 2021, Tom was a recipient of Westfair Business Journals’ Millennial + GenZ Awards for Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
Tom received his J.D. in 2013 from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University in 2010.
