Judge Robert L. Holzberg (Ret.) Quoted in Connecticut Law Tribune on ADR Trends Since COVID-19 Hit

Retired Judge Robert L. Holzberg, chair of the ADR practice at Pullman & Comley, discussed ADR trends in a recent article in the Connecticut Law Tribune. Since COVID-19 hit and the state and federal courthouses closed, attorneys have been seeing a rise in ADR related matters, most often in family mediations, insurance matters related to personal injuries, and employment issues.

Judge Holzberg (Ret.) says "There has been a big uptick in the demand for family ADR for the reason that these are critical areas that just can't wait. There's a level of urgency there that requires the resolution of delicate custody and support matters."
