IN THE NEWS: Pullman & Comley Attorney Comments on Financing the Redevelopment of Connecticut Brownfields Sites

The Redding Pilot

Pullman & Comley attorney Lee Hoffman was quoted in two recent articles by Rachel Kirkpatrick in The Redding Pilot (Dec. 31, 2008 and January 8, 2009) discussing financing tools for redeveloping contaminated sites known as "brownfields." In early January, the town of Redding voted in favor of a proposal for tax incremental financing through a state program to help Georgetown Land Development Company begin infrastructure work at a remediation site.
