Retired Judge Robert Holzberg, who leads the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practice at Pullman & Comley, was quoted in "State To Expand Court-Sponsored ADR Programs," an article about the Judicial Branch and the launch of the new pilot mediation docket.

According to Judge Holzberg, "It's important to have mediators who have the skillsets to resolve cases, many of which involve complex issues of law."
