Pullman & Comley Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits Department chair Joshua Hawks-Ladds was quoted in "BJs Faces Third Class Action Over OT," an article about a class action lawsuit against BJs Wholesale Club for not paying overtime to mid-level managers.

According to Josh, "Its a very hot topic in the employment bar right now. I don't see this type of litigation disappearing any time soon."
