David Atkins Comments on Proposed Rules For Connecticut Attorneys Using Online Listing Services

In an article in the March 5th issue of the Connecticut Law Tribune ("Clicking For Clients")  about a proposed revision to the Rules of Professional Conduct affecting Connecticut attorneys using online listing services, Pullman & Comley David Atkins of the firms Professional Liability Practice group was quoted.

According to David, "Yes, consumers probably benefit if such sites are required to reveal the name of each participating attorney. But it does seem onerous, if not unworkable, to require each participating Connecticut attorney to essentially vouch for the content of an entire web site over which he or she has no control.”
