Judge Robert L. Holzberg (Ret.) currently heads our firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice. He served as a judge for more than 22 years and mediated some of Connecticut’s highest profile and most complex cases. Judge Lynda B. Munro (Ret.) is a member of the firm’s ADR and Family Law practices. She litigated property valuation cases before serving as both a presiding judge and a chief administrative judge during her 20 year career on the bench, including time as an affordable housing judge. Judges Holzberg and Munro together with two other retired judges and a number of attorney arbitrators and mediators constitute the largest law firm based ADR practice in Connecticut.
