Attorney Michael J. Andreana Was A Panelist For "Windsor Locks Goes TIF"

Pullman & Comley attorney Michael J. Andreana, a member in the Government Finance practice, was a panelist for "Windsor Locks Goes TIF," part of the Connecticut Main Street Center's Webinar Wednesday series on April 5, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Attorney Andreana, who was the principal drafter of Connecticut's new TIF financing statute (Public Act No. 15-57), discussed how Windsor Locks adopted the first TIF District Plan in Connecticut and the critical steps a municipality and property developer can take to create a TIF District.
