WEBINAR: Attorney Elliott Pollack to be Webinar Co-Presenter on "Avoiding Assessment Appeals & Litigation"

Pullman & Comley attorney Elliott B. Pollack, a member of both the Health Care and Property Tax and Valuation Departments, will be a co-presenter on a national webinar titled, "Building Consensus to Avoid Assessment Appeals and Litigation." The webinar will be held on May 31, 2016, and is being presented by the Institute of Municipal Assessors and the International Property Tax Institute.

The presentation will cover topics such as litigation realities; the true cost of appeals; the importance of dialogue amongst the stakeholders, negotiations and discussions; how to eliminate wasteful appeals; training and mediation programs, as well solutions to the problems.
