Stacie Provencher to Lead Family Law Sessions for Paralegals in HalfMoon Education Webinar

Pullman & Comley Family Law Attorney Stacie L. Provencher will present two sessions as part of HalfMoon Education’s Advanced Connecticut Family Law Practice for Paralegals, a full-day webinar designed for paralegals working in family law. HalfMoon Education is a professional continuing education provider that offers training programs and webinars for attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals.

In the first session, “Assisting with Preparation of Parenting Plans,” Stacie will explore how to structure support, allocate medical expenses, assign parenting rights and duties, calculate parenting time, and establish conflict resolution procedures, while also addressing other optional provisions commonly included in parenting plans.

Her second session, “Obtaining, Enforcing and Modifying Child Support Awards,” will provide paralegals with practical guidance on navigating Connecticut child support law. Stacie will discuss gathering client information, applying the child support guidelines, conducting discovery, preparing support orders, and managing both enforcement and modifications.
