SEMINAR: Seeing Is Believing: The Art of Visual Persuasion As a Litigator

Retired Judge Robert Holzberg, who now leads Pullman & Comley's Alternative Dispute Resolution practice will take part in a panel hosted by the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. The panel, organized by CBA YLS Litigation Committee Co-chair Tiffany Spinella, will discuss how to capture a judge or jury's attention when presenting your case.  This seminar will explore the psychology behind the use of visual aids, effectively using visual aids, using technology to your advantage and sage advice from the panelists regarding successes and failures with these endeavors.
