SEMINAR: Recent Enforcement Actions Against Public Company Auditors

Pullman & Comley Litigation Department Chair David Atkins was a keynote speaker at the 2014 Annual Accounting and Auditing Conference of the Connecticut Society of CPAs.  David discussed recent developments in government investigations and criminal prosecutions of public company auditing firms.  His talk included several "cautionary lessons" from recent SEC enforcement actions against auditors.
