SEMINAR: Practical Approach to Advising Business Colleagues on The Attorney Client Privilege

Pullman & Comley Professional Liability attorney David Atkins was a speaker at a continuing legal education program sponsored by the Westchester /Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (WESFACCA.)  David addressed the topic of  how in house attorneys can effectively advise their management on protecting internal communications under the attorney client privilege.  He also discussed how in house attorneys should navigate the ethical restrictions in dealing with opposing parties who either are unrepresented or are represented but insist on communicating directly.
