Internal Law Firm Misconduct

The Professional Liability Practice Group of Pullman & Comley, LLC presented a lunch time forum at The New Haven Lawn Club.  The topic for a give-and-take discussion among Connecticut law firm risk management partners and in-house attorneys was "Internal Law Firm Misconduct: Controls To Prevent Embezzlement, Diversion of Fees, Expense Padding And Other Forms Of Theft By Colleagues And Employees."
