Employment Law Update in Connecticut

Pullman & Comley labor, employment law and employee benefits attorneys Rachel Ginsburg and Zachary Schurin spoke at a seminar entitled "Employment Law Update in Connecticut," a presentation for the Lorman Education Services.  Rachel spoke on employee discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims and on recent employment law related court decisions and legislative updates.  Zach spoke on the wage and hour law and the implications of social media for employment law issues.
