SEMINAR: Attorney Christopher McCormack to Discuss "Current Environmental Issues" at CT Bar Association Meeting

Pullman & Comley attorney Christopher P. McCormack, member of the Environmental Law and Litigation department, was a featured speaker at the Connecticut Bar Association's Real Property Section Meeting on Thursday, January 21, 2016. Chris presented on the topic of "Current Environmental Issues," which covered alternatives to Phase I review, key differences in Phase I and Phase II assessment under ASTM and state standards and additional ASTM standards that complement or parallel state regulatory requirements.
