Holzberg (Ret.), chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, was a panelist for "Common Pitfalls and Mistakes in Litigation," part one of the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association's 2017 Trial and Litigation Tactics Series on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Judge Holzberg (Ret.) joined panelists for a discussion on potential pitfalls and mistakes in the areas of Pretrial Litigation, Mediation and Settlement and Trials/Arbitrations.  This program was live in New Haven and broadcasted simultaneously for Stamford and Hartford audiences.  Attendees were eligible for CLE credit.
