Mars and Venus: Are There Gender Differences in Negotiation?

Pullman & Comley attorneys Kelly A. Scott and Retired Judge Lynda B. Munro will participate in a webinar focusing on gender dynamics in negotiations, hosted by the Connecticut Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution and Family Law Sections. Retired Judge Munro, a member of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution and Family Law practices will moderate the webinar. Attorney Scott, a member of the firm’s  Family Law practice, will participate as one of four speakers.

The webinar will explore the psychological truths (and myths) about how men and women differ in the ways they communicate, listen, perceive information and respond to information. It will provide practitioners with skills to identify when gender dynamics are at play and provide tips about how to address such dynamics to achieve the best outcome for a client.
