David P. Atkins Participates in Connecticut Bar Association "Candor to the Court" Discussion

The 2021 Connecticut Legal Conference, sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association, will feature a panel presentation by Pullman & Comley Professional Liability attorney David P. Atkins, the Hon. Robert M. Spector and Jennifer G. Brown on the topic, "Candor to the Court."  The discussion will be from the perspectives of the bar, the bench and academia on the interplay between the Connecticut Rules of Professional Conduct and the common aspects of federal practice, such as discovery disputes, settlement negotiations, motion practice, and what to do if a client goes rogue in open court.
