After months of being closed, June 17 marked the first day under the Phase 2 Reopening Connecticut guidelines where many of the state’s recreational businesses were allowed to open in some capacity.  This informational and entertaining webinar addressed what you should expect:

  • Gyms, pools, spas and outdoor events and sports
  • Restaurants, hotels and amusement parks
  • Libraries, museums, zoos and indoor recreation

Pullman & Comley Business Organizations and Finance attorneys Kelly O’Donnell, Karen Wackerman and Thomas Wilkeson together with moderator Michael Ceccorulli of the firm's Real Estate and Land Use practice reviewed the guidelines businesses have been given for reopening, how you should plan for them, and what you can expect when visiting reopened establishments over the upcoming holiday weekend and summer months ahead.

You can watch a full recording of the webinar here.

**Please note that slide #3 in the presentation was updated after the presentation to reflect the general rules for gathering limits under Phase 2 of CT's reopening as of June 17, 020, which is 25 people for indoor gatherings, 100 people outdoors.  To request a copy of the final updated slide deck, please contact dsuggs@pullcom.com
