Mark and Zach will cover key legislative developments from the 2023 session including changes to existing law regarding charter school funding, school climate, teacher evaluation, multilingual education, SRO agreements, staff training requirements, Title IX and special education as well new religious practices accommodation requirements in light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Groff v.
