Real Estate Associate
Pullman & Comley is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate practice. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of four years of complex real estate experience with strong real estate fundamentals. We are looking for an attorney with experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex commercial real estate transactions as well as owners and tenants of commercial properties, including acquisitions/sales, refinances, leasing and construction/development projects; drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial loan documents for both borrowers and lenders in both secured and unsecured loan transactions as well as acquisition, sale, and development of commercial real estate. Candidates should have top academic and transactional credentials, including excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills; work well as part of a team; and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Pullman & Comley supports the flexibility provided by a hybrid work model. Our attorneys are asked to work in the office a minimum of three days per week to benefit from in-person connection and collaboration.
