Advising National Integrated Industries on a Strategic Sale

Pullman & Comley is proud to announce that it served as corporate and transactional counsel to National Integrated Industries, Inc. (NII) in its sale to SUMCO Group, LLC, a strategic industrial plating group based in Indianapolis.  The sale closed in December, 2025.

Founded in 1950, NII is a well-recognized industrial plating company located in Waterbury, Connecticut.  NII operates American Electro Products, a leading electroplating specialist creating gold, silver, rhodium, palladium, nickel and tin-lead finishes using barrel, reel-to-reel, selective and spouted bed electrode plating methods, and also operates American Plastic Products, a custom injection molding and precision engineering of plastic components company.

Pullman & Comley provided general counsel advisory services to NII and, in this transaction provided our client with legal advisory services relating to corporate structuring, finance, environmental and real estate considerations.

In combining its operations with SUMCO, NII has expanded its regional market potential and ensured a succession of the NII operations to a new generation of skilled operators.
