Colleges as Courtrooms? How Administrators Can Adjust to New Title IX Regs

Jonathan Orleans, co-chair of the Colleges, Universities and Independent Schools practice at Pullman & Comley, co-authored an article for the New England Journal of Higher Education to help college and university administrators prepare for the new Title IX regulations that take effect August 14. 

Jon outlines key elements of the regulations including courtroom atmosphere, procedural changes, and other formal revisions. With the effective date of the new regulations approaching fast, "every institution needs to give careful thought to how it will comply with the new Title IX regulations even amid all the other challenges they currently face."
